In addition to the styles shown on our website, we also offer a personalised service that allows you to customise and create your own colour combinations (subject to availability). If you would like to place an order for a personalised item, we can provide the services listed below.
PERSONALISED ORDERS
To order a specific colour or colour combination, please purchase via the ‘create your own item’ section of our website by selecting your chosen style and listing the colour(s) you would like to use in the comments section.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Please note that colour and placements may vary in appearance from what is shown on our website. If you require additional photos or colour references, please do not hesitate to send us an email.
We aim to confirm acceptance of orders within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow 7-10 working days for the creation of orders. This timeframe may differ for large quantity or personalised orders and you will be notified of this in your confirmation email. For high priority or fast tracked orders, please send us an email and we will confirm whether we have the resources available to meet the requested deadline.
We do not accept returns or offer exchanges, however if there is an issue with the item, please email us at Contact@bygraceambrose.com and we will work together to resolve it.
