REFUND AND EXCHANGE

If you have any issues, questions or concerns about the items, please do not hesitate to contact us via email in the first instance. We will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible and work with you to resolve any issues.

We do not accept returns as all of our items are made to order. However, our aim is to ensure you are happy with your purchase and will seek to resolve any issues you may have, so you can shop with ByGraceAmbrose again.

Please ensure that you read all our email confirmations and communications carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions or wish to see more photos of similar items created, please feel free to contact us via email at Contact@bygraceambrose.com.

We will offer a refund or exchange if there is a fault with the product. In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange please contact us stating the fault and provide photographs via email at Contact@bygraceambrose.com. We will send you an address to return your product to.

      All returned products are your responsibility until back in our possession. This means returns postage will be covered by you. We recommend you send this back to us with signed for/tracked delivery to ensure the product does not get lost.

        Once received, the product will be thoroughly inspected to determine whether an item is faulty or whether it is wear and tear. If we do not agree that there is a fault, we will not be exchanging this product for you and we will send this back to you at your cost. Postage will also need to be paid again to receive your exchanged item.
